You’ll also receive a personalized meal plan tailored to your everyday lifestyle, dietary needs, and food preferences — so you never feel restricted, overwhelmed, or confused about what to eat.

This is the most individualized coaching experience I offer, created to help you build strength, confidence, and sustainable habits that last.

Online coaching

Online coaching is perfect for anyone who can’t train with me in person or for more experienced lifters who want a higher level of structure, guidance, and accountability. This program gives you the flexibility to train anywhere while still receiving the same personalized support.

You’ll get a fully customized workout routine, built around your goals, experience level, lifestyle, and equipment — with adjustments made anytime you need them. I also create a custom meal plan tailored to your preferences and dietary needs, so you always know exactly how to fuel your results.

With weekly coaching calls, check-ins, and ongoing support, I’ll make sure you stay on track, stay motivated, and continue progressing toward your goals every single week.

Virtual fitness

Virtual fitness is perfect for anyone who wants structure, accountability, and real-time guidance — without needing me physically in the room. It’s a more budget-friendly option that still gives you the support and coaching feel of in-person training.

Bootcamps

Bootcamps are a fun, budget-friendly way to train while connecting with an amazing community of women. They’re the perfect option if you want to try something new, make new friends, and stay motivated with the energy of a group.

Bootcamps give you built-in accountability partners, a supportive environment, and a coach who keeps you challenged, encouraged, and excited to show up. It’s all about movement, confidence, and community — at a price that’s accessible for everyone.

Four months ago, when I started training with @danielleballfitness I could not complete a single deadlift. Today I lifted 4 sets of 10 at 115 Ibs!! Training with Danielle has been life changing. I never imagined I would love training and feel as great as I do right now.
