I've been training with Danielle for only less than half a year now, and let me tell you - you won't regret it either!! If you've been looking for a sign to start personal training - this is it. She has been instrumental in my return to the gym, after a soured experience with a previous trainer, and for helping me feel incredibly empowered both physically and mentally. She motivates you to push farther than you think you're capable of, and it's a damn good feeling when you hit goals that were never even on your radar. If you have a goal, she will get you there. It won't always be easy and sometimes it will bloody hurt, but that's the type of personal trainer you know is the real deal - someone who champions you to overcome the mental blocks, and push you to failure because that's when you make the greatest gains.
Danielle creates programs tailored to your specific needs and goals, and she changes them out every 4-6 weeks to either progress or target any weaknesses.
She's always looking at your form to see which side you may be favouring more to help even out those imbalances, and strengthen the areas that will make it easier for you to crush the big compound movements without low-back pain (super important!!). And let me tell you - correct form is EVERYTHING and Danielle is extremely knowledgeable in this. She explains and demonstrates how it should look, what muscles you should be engaging, and even how to breathe more efficiently for maximum results!!
