I have been training with Danielle for almost two years. My goals are simple. I want to be healthy, lose some weight and maintain it. I am 59 years old and want to continue to live an active life for a lot of years to come. Although it sounds simple, I am the kind of person that needs help and support to reach my goals. Danielle is that person. She takes her job seriously. She teaches by example. Her fitness regime is healthy and sensible.
She comes to each session ready to work and with a plan. She is also flexible and will change that plan to suit a day of low energy or sore muscles and still get a great workout. My workouts are always challenging and fun. I have reached goals that I would not thought possible in the past. I am lifting weights, working on balance and endurance. She targets my weak spots and concentrates on making them stronger. Danielle has helped me get organized in losing the weight I want to get rid of and checks in regularly to make sure I am on track and haven't lost my way. We talk about food goals and even recipes.
We have regular weigh ins and she takes my measurements.
